A Contemporary Integrative Transpersonal Clinical Supervision

I completed my post Graduate diploma training as a supervisor with the Psychosynthesis Trust, London. “A training which brings together transpersonal, humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives; challenging and advancing therapeutic practice in a supervision context.”

I now offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and therapists on an individual and group basis, to enhance, challenge and grow your practice, within a safe, confidential and collaborative space, where clinical work can be explored.

What is good supervision?

Good clinical supervision is a dynamic, supportive relationship between an experienced therapist and a less experienced supervisee, aimed at enhancing professional growth and ensuring quality client care.

It provides a structured environment for reflection, skill development, and ethical practice. Through regular meetings, the supervisor offers guidance, constructive feedback, and opportunities for critical thinking about clinical work.

The supervisee benefits by gaining increased competence, confidence, and self-awareness in their professional role.

This process fosters the development of clinical skills, helps navigate complex cases, and promotes adherence to ethical standards. Additionally, supervision offers emotional support, helping the supervisee manage the stresses of clinical work and develop a strong professional identity. Ultimately, good supervision empowers the supervisee to provide better care to clients while continually evolving as a practitioner.
